Retrospective: Roy Round

Celebrating 50 years of dance photography by renowned fashion and dance photographer Roy Round

Roy Round has been a renowned fashion, portrait and theater photographer for more than 50 years. He has photographed the Queen of England, film stars, fashion icons and a stunning collection of ballet works that chronicle one of the most prolific and exciting periods in ballet. Some of the famous dancers in the exhibition: Mikhail Baryshnikov, Natalia Makarova, Rudolf Nureyev, Dame Margot Fonteyn, Alicia Markova, Anthony Dowell, Tanaquil LeClercq, Gelsey Kirkland, George Balanchine, Julie Kent, Ethan Stiefel, Gillian Murphy, Georgina Parkinson.

This exhibition is dedicated to the memory of Roy Round´s wife, Georgina Parkinson Round.
